CLEVELAND DISTRICT STATE HIGH SCHOOL

Builder: FK Gardner & Sons Pty Ltd

The Department of Education engaged the FK Gardner & Sons Pty Ltd to carry out the construction of a New GLA Building for the Cleveland District State High School.
This new multi-level facility consisted of 15 Classrooms, 2 Flexible Learning Areas, 1 Robotics Room, 1 Dance Studio, and a Staff Room.
Ozroll's Scope of Works included the Design, Manufacture, and Installation of Horizontal and Vertical Sunshades to External Windows, Aluminium SC155 Louvres, Perforated Screens and Gates.

This project was completed in Mid August 2019.

HARRISTOWN STATE SCHOOL

Builder: FK Gardner & Sons Pty Ltd

This Department of Education project saw the construction of a new multi-level facility consisted of 14 Classrooms, 2 Flexible Learning Areas, 2 Training Kitchens, an Administrative Area, and Car Parking.
Ozroll's Scope of Works included the Design, Manufacture, and Installation of External Sunhoods to Level 1 & 2, Picture Perforated Feature Screens, Perforated Screens, Colab Screens, Aluminium Batten Screens, and Gates.
This project was completed in July 2019.

MOUNTAIN CREEK STATE HIGH SCHOOL

Builder: FK Gardner & Sons Pty Ltd

Located on the Sunshine Coast, this project saw the construction of a new multi-level GLA Building for the Department of Education.
This facilty consists of 14 Classrooms, 2 Flexible Learning Areas, 2 Robotics Rooms, 3 STEM classrooms, 3 Science Rooms, 1 Science Prep Room, 1 Resource Store, 3 Project Development Areas, a Data Room, Store/Plant Room, Staff Room and Staff Amenities.
Ozroll's Scope of Works included the Design, Manufacture, and Installation of External Sunshades, Perforated Screens, Ozroll Continuous Storm Blade Louvre, Metal Batten Screens, and a Roller Door

This project was completed in Early July 2019.

HAMILTON REACH - STAGE 7 RIVERLIGHT

Builder: WATPAC

Riverlight is Stage 7 of the residential development within the prestigious waterfront community of Hamilton Reach consisting of 240 apartments across two towers and a 2 level basement carpark. Watpac was the principal contractor for this project.
This project involved the fabrication, supply and installation of Fully Framed Fixed Blade Louvres to Roof and Basement, and Screens as a façade to South, East, and North of Building C
With the contract valued at approx. $400,000.00, Ozroll’s component of the subcontract completed in July 2018

CORDE RESIDENCES

Builder: QM PROPERTIES

This 8 level apartment tower constructed by QM Properties, is a collection of 60 residences with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floorplans and recreation deck, pool and ground level retail.
This project involved the supply and installation of External Feature Perforated Bi-Fold Screens with the contract valued at approx. $450,000.00. Ozroll’s component of the subcontract was completed in early 2018

QUT SPORTSFIELD & CARPARK

Builder: ADCO CONSTRUCTION

This unique project saw the construction of a Sports Field on the roof of a multi-level carpark with ADCO as the principal contractor.
This project involved the supply and installation of all Batten Screens in 3 different colours and integrating the building signage with the Batten Screens.
With the contract valued at approx. $450,000.00 and due to the limited access on the site, Ozroll’s component of the subcontract completed in March 2017

ONE WILLIAM ST

SULLIVAN NICOLAIDES PATHOLOGY

Builder: HUTCHINSON BUILDERS

This state-of-the-art facility is the largest laboratory of its type in the Southern Hemisphere built by Hutchinson Builders. This project involved the supply and installation of Acoustic Louvres, VS1 & VS2, along with some unique and cutting –edge designs. With the contract valued at over $700,000.00, Ozroll’s component of the subcontract completed in October 2016

MOSAIC - FORTITUDE VALLEY

Builder: MATRIX

This mixed-use residential tower consists of 212 apartments, 40-room boutique hotel, and 3,000m2 of retail space with Matrix as the principal contractor.
This project involved the supply and installation of 150mm Modular Sun Blades, 300mm Vertical Box Blades and Frames, and Custom Perforated Gates, Screens, and Fencing.
With the contract valued at approx. $300,000.00, Ozroll’s component of the subcontract completed in June 2014

INDOOROOPILLY SHOPPING CENTRE REDEVELOPMENT

Builder: BROOKFIELD MULTIPLEX

Constructed by Multiplex, this new retail redevelopment features over 30,000m2 of new retail space as well as a new 6 level car park and is one of the largest retail investments in QLD.
This project involved the supply and installation of all Aluminium Operable 200 weather Louvre, 2 Stage Waterproof Chevron Louvre, and Ozroll’s Single Stage 155 Louvre. With the contract valued at over $2million this project was completed in May 2014

COMMERCIAL RETAIL - HILTON SURFERS PARADISE

Builder: KYRONN

Offering prime real estate in the heart of Surfers Paradise, this project involved the supply and installation of Aluminium Ceiling Battens, Vertical Aluminium Battens, Tenancy Dividing Screens, Operable Screens, & Cover Plates.
With the contract valued at approx. $150,000.00, Ozroll’s component of the subcontract was completed in late 2014
